Define "Niche" industry
By "niche" industry we mean a market that is not overly saturated and offered to the entire public. Example of sites that our not "niche" would be lending
sites, auto sites, dating sites, classifieds, health insurance etc. The reason these types of web sites do not qualify for budget SEO is because there are thousands of competitors all
competing for those top 10 spots in Google. So, for example if you represented a web site that desired a top 10 position in Google on the keyword "home loan" you would honestly need to
invest six figures a year into your SEO campaign because that's what your competition is doing. The keyword "home loan" is generic and everyone wants it. Now, if
you were interested in "Cleveland Ohio home loan" or something along those lines then you may qualify for budget SEO. You will most likely qualify for budget SEO if your web site is
either local in nature or niche. Here are some examples of "niche" web sites. Oscilloscope providers, Drug Testing Programs, Venezuelan Coffee, Human Resource
software etc. Most B2B web sites will qualify for budget seo by being a "niche" web site.
